We delivered an end-to-end exhibition production, custom build, and booth management strategy:
- Structural Booth Engineering & Layout: Designed a premium L-shaped exhibition pavilion, optimizing a compact convention footprint with a clean matte-black baseline and high-contrast clinical white overhead framing.
- Custom Hospitality Counter Production: Manufactured a bespoke freestanding hospitality podium engineered with integrated panel detailing, showcasing prominent vertical Menarini branding and an stylized corporate logo facade.
- AV & Multimedia Integration: Spec’d and seamlessly flush-mounted a large-format digital LED display screen onto the main structural backwall to broadcast corporate show reels, pharmaceutical clinical data, and dynamic brand presentations.
- Large-Scale Environmental Graphics: Prepped and installed high-resolution, vibrant backlit healthcare imagery panels alongside sharp vector brand markings to command immediate visual attention on the trade show floor.
- B2B Catering & Reception Setup: Structured dedicated serving and counter spaces optimized for corporate hosting, managing custom-branded placement for premium beverage selections and client refreshment logistics.
